I have forgotten my password

If you've forgotten your password for your Outlynk account, you can always reset your password using your Outlynk username! You can reset your password password by following these simple steps:

1. Head to the Outlynk login page.

2. At the bottom of the login window, click on the 'Lost Password' button.

3. Enter your Outlynk Email ID into the 'Email' field. And solve the captcha for spam protection.

4. Click on the 'Send me a recovery link' button.

5. You will receive a message advising that we have sent you a password reset email to your email inbox.

6. Head to your email inbox

7. Open the email delivered from Outlynk, entitled 'Reset your password'.

8. Click on the 'Reset Password' button. This will open new browser window.

9. Enter your new password into both the 'New password' and 'Repeat your new password' fields.

10. Click on the 'Set Password' button. You will be redirected back to the Outlynk login page.

11. From here all you need to do is log into Outlynk using your Email and your new Password.
