Using your Analytics

Here you can learn How to use your analytics of Biolink.

When you log-in to your Outlynk Dashboard you will see at the top of dashboard, a box showing Analytics. In this article we'll walk through how to use Analytics of your Lifetime free access to the Outlynk.

View Analytics

With our 100% Lifetime free access to all the feature of Outlynk. You will get Analytics of your links like a Pro. You will see these below categories in the analytics:

  • Countries

  • Referrers

  • Devices

  • Operating Systems

  • Browsers

  • Language

  • UTMs

What counts as a PageViews?

A view is every time your Outlynk is viewed. This could also be considered as how many times your Outlynk link has been clicked. For example, if 1 visitor lands on your Outlynk once, that is counted as 1 view. If that visitor visits your Outlynk another 3 times, that is another 3 views which now equals 4 views. If 100 visitors land on your Outlynk 2 times, then your views count will be 200.

What counts as a Click?

A click is when a visitor clicks on one of your links. For example, if a visitor on your Outlynk clicks on 3 different links, your click count total would be three, but you can see exactly which links they are clicking in the respective Analytics on each link.

The Analytics chart at the very top of the Dashboard in your Outlynk admin shows your Lifetime Outlynk Pageviews, Visitors, Total Links, Total Clicks, Total Projects.

Always keep tracking of your Views and Clicks. But it would be better to analyse the data more deeply with more Stats to increase your amount of engagement.

Step 1: Go to your Outlynk Dashboard.

Step 2: Next, Go to your links created below. And Click on "Three Dots", Right on your link tab. (See the image below for the help.)

Step 3: Next, Select "Statistics".

Step 4: Now, After clicking on Statistics. Your Analytics window will look like the image below.

Here you will see all the Stats of the specific link more deeply in terms of Countries, Referrers, Devices, Operating Systems, Browsers, Languages, UTMs.

You can also see the lifetime performance of each individual link, along with Pageviews and Visitors for the last 7 days, & more through the use of our calendar feature. This can really help you pinpoint the engagement and hone your content strategy accordingly. This is a great way to measure the performance of your links on a daily basis.
